ORDERS & SHIPPING

1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. How long does shipping take?
All items are in-hand and ready to ship, please allow 1 business day for your order to be packaged. Once your order is packaged it will ship out with 1-6 business day shipping. When your order is shipped out you will receive an email with the tracking number.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. We hope to expand in the future!

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

5. What is your return policy?
All purchases and sales are final. No returns or size changes after shipment. If you receive the wrong size or product, we are more than happy to help. Holllow is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, or damaged packages. We recommend contacting USPS for more information.

8. Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some items are restocked, while others are limited edition.

Care instructions are listed on each product page. We recommend washing in cold water and air drying to maintain quality.
